The seven-day program outline combined five core field days in the Four Thousand Islands with an arrival and transfer day and a return travel day. The arrangements below describe the plan for that program, rather than a current departure.
Day 1 · Arrival & Transfer
The planned meeting point was Ubon Ratchathani, accessible by train, intercity bus or flight. A private group van transfer was outlined from designated arrival points to Don Khon and Don Det in southern Laos, with border and onward local transfers coordinated as part of the journey.
The original arrival recommendation was before 14:00, ahead of the planned afternoon group transfer. These times apply to the archived program only.
Final Day · Return to Ubon
The outline included a group transfer back to Ubon Ratchathani, with drop-off at the airport, railway station or bus terminal for onward travel.
