Travel, Accommodation & Full Program Arrangements
This Five-Day Photography Field-Based Workshop is designed as a fully inclusive experience from the moment you arrive in Ubon Ratchathani until we return you there at the end of the program.
Although the core workshop consists of five intensive field days, the full program duration is 7 days, including travel days.
Day 1 – Arrival & Transfer to the Four Thousand Islands
Participants may arrive in Ubon Ratchathani by train, intercity bus, or flight.
Our private van will collect all participants directly from designated arrival points in Ubon and transfer the group to the Four Thousand Islands (Don Khon / Don Det, Southern Laos).
We recommend scheduling your arrival in Ubon before 14:00 (2:00 PM), as our group transfer is planned to depart at approximately that time.
The journey to the workshop location is arranged seamlessly, including border formalities and onward local transfers, ensuring a smooth and comfortable arrival to the field site.
Final Day – Return to Ubon
On the final day of the program, we will arrange a full group transfer back to Ubon Ratchathani.
Participants will be dropped off at their preferred location within the city — airport, train station, or bus terminal — allowing for flexible onward travel arrangements.
