Reservations, Payment & Confirmation Policy
Reservations for the 7-DayField-Based Visual Program open on 10 March 2026 and close on 10 May 2026.
The program is scheduled to take place in the Four Thousand Islands region of Southern Laos in May, at the beginning of the fish migration season, when river conditions are usually most active, though the exact timing of fish movement remains subject to natural variation.
Participation is limited to 10 participants only.
Places are secured on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.
Submitting an interest form alone does not reserve a place.
Your participation is confirmed only after payment has been received and verified.
Refund Policy
Because places are limited and preparation begins in advance, the following refund policy applies:
More than 14 days before the program: 70% refund
8–14 days before the program: 50% refund
4–7 days before the program: 25% refund
0–3 days before the program or non-attendance: No refund

Project Confirmation Policy
This program is subject to a minimum number of confirmed participants. If the minimum number is not reached by the end of the reservation period, the organizers reserve the right to cancel the program.
A final decision will be made on 11 May 2026, one day after reservations close.
If the program is cancelled for this reason, all confirmed participants will receive a full refund of the program fee paid within 3 days of the cancellation notice.
Travel Cancellation Insurance
We strongly encourage all participants to arrange travel cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
As the program depends on reaching a minimum number of confirmed participants, such insurance may help cover non-refundable travel and accommodation costs if the program cannot proceed as planned, or if other unforeseen travel disruptions arise.
Participants are solely responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage.
If the program is cancelled because the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizers’ liability is strictly limited to a full refund of the program fee paid.
The organizers will not be responsible or liable for any other costs, losses, or expenses incurred by participants, including but not limited to flights, accommodation, visas, transport, insurance, exchange rate losses, bank transfer charges, or any other travel-related or personal expenses.
By making a booking, participants acknowledge and accept these terms.
These policies are provided in the interest of clarity, fairness, and responsible planning for both participants and organizers.
